FÜR SIE Handelsgenossenschaft eG is a trade cooperative for independent retail. Our services include:

• Wholesale with a full-range assortment of over 40,000 food and non-food articles
• Support for grocery retail (Lebensmitteleinzelhandel)
• Beverage retail and wholesale (Getränkefachhandel)
• Hairdressing supply wholesale (Friseurfach-Großhandel)
• Logistics and procurement through our REWE Group partnership
• Digital customer portal, EDI ordering and tailored marketing support

Your first consultation with FÜR SIE is free of charge and carries no obligation to become a member. During the consultation, we will:

• Explain the membership, assortments and services we offer
• Outline the contributions and conditions that would apply
• Answer your questions about membership and onboarding

If you choose to become a member, we will provide you with clear information on contributions and the applicable terms before your membership begins.

The first consultation is free. Membership contributions and service fees depend on the scope and services you choose. All contributions and fees will be explained clearly and transparently before you decide to proceed, and you will receive the applicable terms in writing.

FÜR SIE provides its services with due care based on the information you provide and the applicable membership and service terms. We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality and timeliness, but we do not guarantee:

• The correctness of data supplied by you or third parties
• Outcomes that depend on suppliers or logistics partners

Our liability is governed by the applicable membership and service agreements and applicable law. FÜR SIE shall not be liable for losses arising from incomplete or incorrect data provided by you, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business, personal and membership information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. We will not disclose your information to third parties except:

• With your explicit consent
